The NIC e-Office is a cloud enabled software application developed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) that is hosted at our Tier-III Uptime USA certified data centres at Secundrabad and Gurugram for RailTel customers.

NIC e-Office is a workflow-based system that replaces the existing manual handling of files with a more efficient electronic system. This system involves all stages, including the electronic diarization of inward correspondence, creation of files, movement of correspondences and files, electronic signing of noting & drafts using Digital Signature Certificates (DSC), eSign, and finally, the archival of records.

We provide NIC e-office implementation service that includes anything from planning to commissioning as well as user training and support to ensure a seamless transition from manual to digital workplace by establishing a secure, safe and effective way to manage office files and documents. NIC e-Office is also an effective Work From Home solution as the digital files can be accessed from anywhere & anytime through VPN connections.

RailTel have experience of implementing one of the biggest end-to-end roll-out (Data Centre Hosting, Bandwidth Connectivity, Training and Miscellaneous Services) of NIC eOffice for Indian Railways.

We have provided NIC e-office in 236+ establishments of Indian Railways across the country and onboarded 1.47 lakh+ users.
